Major Parts of Dryer
Fabricated from good quality MS, CR and GI sheets having sufficient thickness and
stiffeners from outside.The complete cabin will be floor mounded type, Factory finished
mounded on stand fabricated from MS angle section with sufficient supporting members.
MS Fabricated heavy duty centrifugal type air blower will be provided with the unit.
Impeller of the blower will be fabricated from MS or SS Sheets.
Popular Indirect Air Heaters are an advanced shell and tube design heat exchanger.
The fuel gases pass through the main combustian chamber conected through flue tubes,
arranged to give three pass while the air is forced over the combustion chamber and flue
tubes thus delivering clear uncontaminated hot air. Fabricated from heavy duty
MS or SS Plates of sufficient thickness
Imported Italian made fully automatic oil burner. Range of temperature output: 200 degree
Combustion with motor mounted on the burner body will deliver the sufficient quantity of air
with pressure to overcome the flue pass resistance. Fuel oil pump built in the filter and
pressure regulating valve, directly coupled to motor through Love-joy coupling with pressure
gage and isolation valve
Biomass fired indirect air heaters are an advanced shell and tube design heat exchanger.
The biomass fuel (Waste wood, Artificial & forestry waste) fired inside the chamber
connected through smoke tubes. While the air forced over the combustion chamber and smoke
tubes thus delivering clear uncontaminated hot air.
Pre-wired control panel consist of digital temperature indicator/controller, starter of
blower and burner, main isolator switch, indicating lamps, alarm hooter etc.
